Join nowWhen using location tracking it loads that locations information on the invoice or estimate. Is this reflected in the credit card statement name the person receives also? Meaning when they get their bank statement will it say location A or location B or whatever the corporate name is?
Hi there, @topclassdesigns-.
I'm here to share some insight about the location tracking in credit card statement in QuickBooks Online.
Data from multiple locations, offices, regions, outlets, or departments of the same firm is categorized using location tracking. This functionality allows you to view and deposit all payments for a single location.
However, we're unable to view the locations from the credit card statement that is release by the bank.
I've included this article for more information: Customize sales forms by location
