My trial subscription is about to end and I have been having issues with receiving guidance on next day ACH payments. The reason I signed up for QB is because the website indicated any new merchant accounts created after May would be automatically eligible for next day ACH and we wanted to test functionality before we committed. Now when I call support, they state that I have to wait until I receive an email and it could be all the way up to November. Sales indicated that they could set me up a new merchant account but the first payment would take forever to receive and also there is no guarantee that I won't run into the same issue. Not sure why there is false info out there but super disappointed.
How can I get next-day deposits?
If you signed up for QuickBooks Payments after 5/21/2019, you can get next-day deposits with ACH and credit card payments.
When you set up QuickBooks Payments, you should automatically get credit card payments deposited the next day.
If you signed up for QuickBooks Payments before 5/21/2019, you still get next-day deposits. Your credit card payments are next-day, but you need to upgrade to get your ACH deposits to next-day.

I understand where your confusion is coming from. I want to make sure everything is clear on how ACH payments works in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
The next-day deposits option for QuickBooks Payments is still being rolled out to all existing QuickBooks Online (QBO) merchants. Thus, not all QuickBooks Payments that was signed up after May 21, 2019 already has the option until they receive an email or a message in QuickBooks that confirms your account is eligible for the option.

Thank you so much for your prompt response. What are the eligibility requirements? I'm just trying to determine whether to subscribe or not. Right now a week is not really good for me as I have to pay subs and have other expenses.

IF YOUR ELIGIBLE.............thats what everybody wants to know, and nobody has bothered to answer. if you are NOT eligible, how do you become eligible? It says to upgrade. Upgrade what? nobody ever answers that question either.
We are qualified by the dates given to receive these so called next day ACH deposits, its been well over the 4-week period, but yet we are all still waiting these 5 days for a deposit, when it clearly states we are eligible for next day.
So, again, how do we become eligible in the event we aren't? And what must we upgrade? You haven't given us any sort of upgrade option!!! And, please, dont tell us to hit the gear, go into the payment blah blah blah........., just please answer the question!!!
