Not able to track the payment sent by the customer.

Hi, 

 

One of our customer sent us the payment through Quickbooks payment link but we never really setup the bank details for this link to work and now they have sent us the proof of payment made, obviously we have not received this in our bank but surprisingly there was a receipt entry passed by the Quickbooks system in Quickbooks as "Quickbooks Payments-Bank". 

 

Please let me know if anybody has come across this problem and any suggestion is really helpful.

Thanks for joining us here in the Community. I'd be glad to provide some info about QuickBooks payments.

 

In this particular instance, I recommend visiting accounts.intuit.com and logging in to verify you aren't signed up for a QuickBooks checking account. If you are, this would be why the payment went through. Additionally, you may also want to call in to speak with an agent and they'll be able to review your account, including the transaction in question. Here's how to get in touch with the team:

 

1. Click the Help button in the top right corner.
2. Select Contact Us.
3. Enter Support in the field and choose Let's talk.
4. From here you can select to receive a callback at a time that's convenient for you, or begin a live chat session with an agent.

Hi Morgan, 

 

Thanks for the help but i have already tried to reach support team but as you may see in the attached image that Chat option is not available (Its closed for maintenance) and since i am trying from India, I don't have the US phone number I can't select Call back option also. 

 

so, I can't use any of the 3 options available, please tell me how can i contact the support team.
