We have just the steps that'll help simplify the process of depositing these payments.
To clarify, did you link the Payment Service to your company file? If so, these payments could be found in the Undeposited Funds account. In that case, we can make a deposit to combine the bank transfer and credit card payment. The steps below will walk you through the process:
- From the Banking menu, choose Make Deposit.
- If there are payments in the Undeposited Funds account, the Payments to Deposit window will appear. In this window, select the bank transfer and credit card payments.
- Click OK, then Save & Close.
