The possible reason is that the monthly subscription payment was not processed. You'll want to update your billing information to reactivate your account. Let me help you.
- Go to the Gear icon, and select Account and Settings.
- Click the Billing & Subscription tab.
- Under the Subscription status, hit Subscribe Now.
- Then, update the credit card information details.
- Click Subscribe.
However, if the issue persists after trying to update the billing information, I suggest contacting our Support Team to help you reactivate your account.
Also, you can use either AMEX or VISA to register for your subscription.
