Is there any harm in changing an overpayment into Credit Memo from 2017? I am trying to apply old credits to current open invoices...
Can you help me ?I"ve recently become aware that Intuit is charging me $60.60 per month instead of our downgraded service of $19.97. I downgraded my services in 7/17/17 with a wonderful woman Maggie. I was sent an email last year our payment didn't process, due to a stolen credit card that was disabled. I issued the new credit card and have just been made aware that since that point they have been charging me $60.60 instead of our $19.97 regular service. I tried to immediately down grade the account online and was unable to since they insisted that our old bookeeper (2014) was the MASTER ADMIN. I showed them the email where she states she is off the account even. We have now, after 10 days and countless emails and phone calls 4.3 hours long, gotten the MASTER ADMIN to be me again. I have now down graded the account and they now REFUSE TO GIVE ME A $406.30 ( $60.60 instead of $19.97 a month) that I have been overcharged since MAY 2018. Who do I contact to rectify this matter?
Thanks for looping in, Parisgordon.

Funny thing is I have spoken to two people and some woman in that offcie is trying to be a bully and say they don't owe me anything, because its my fault I didtn catch it ?, its their bad bookkeeping..!1 I updated my credit card and they started charging me more money ! NO one even used it ! AND someone noted on my account that I didn't want to upgrade and that is not the case that guy I spoke to on th ephor didn't know what the previous woman was telling me about how I had to downgrade because the old bookeeper was listed on my account as Master Admin. This is nightmare and now because of the clear frustration she decide to tell me NO we are not going to reimburse you. I wish to GOD I could get her fired. This is ludicrous.. I wonder how many people get stuck here.. They say I am not the MASTER ADMIN but you can take my money and you can charge my card for months and months and months and just change my billing and BLAME IT ON ME ? I am livid !! TO say the least .. THEY do not want to HELP their customers or care about the little guy! Im determined to rectify this and I want to get anyone out there that has this problem some help ! THIS IS NUTTS !!
I appreciate you getting back to us.
I would like to check the charged details to see exactly what went wrong, but my access to the tools required to do this is limited.
I'd suggest reaching out to your old bookkeeper and ask her to get in touch with our QuickBooks Online Support requesting to change the master admin's name listed in the account. They've got full access to review the details using your personal information and the last four digit of the credit card that was being charged.
Also, I can pass along all the sentiments you have to the appropriate channels so you're able to reach a point of resolution as quickly as possible.
