Past Due Stamp

Hello, 

 

I was wondering once I set up the terms to my customers, how do I get the past invoices to change to the term that I have set up for them. Do I need to go into each invoice and change the term or is there an way that i can just change it automatically?

The option to automatically change the payment terms for the past invoices is unavailable in QuickBooks Desktop. You'll need to manually open per invoice and change the Terms in the transaction.
