I didn't receive online pay stubs since March

The system uploads the pay stubs to Workforce once it is sent. If you have received paychecks for the past months and didn’t see this on your online account, I recommend contacting the employer.


It’s possible that your email address was changed or there are updates on their end. If not, please have them reach out to Customer Care Team for assistance verifying the root cause of the missing pay stubs.
