Join nowI collect rent on a monthly basis. Is there a way for a customer to pay every month a repetitive amount. I am able to send an invoice which they can pay online but they can't pay the same invoice more than once so the burden falls on me to send out invoices every month which i do not want to do. Rent is due on the 1st of the month and invoices are not sent just auto created in QB by memorized transactions to keep track of rent that is due and then to credit payments made by customer.

There's alternative option that will automatically send your invoices in QuickBooks Desktop.
For now, the option to automatically send e-mail invoices is unavailable in QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT).
You'll have to manually send your memorized transactions once you get a reminder once it's due. Also, you can look for a third-party application that will help you send scheduled recurring transactions on the QBDT Apps website.

You need a 3rd party payment processor and a connector for QBD. I noticed one connector app is offering some interesting options. You may have more than one payment processor to utilize the same connector for QBD. Contact us in private for details.
