I will like to know if there is a way I can see what type of Fee% are charging on each invoice that a costumer paid. Right now I can only see the total amount in $$ but not the Fee% used.

QuickBooks Payments charges a fee each time you process a transaction. Fees also depend on how you processed the payment. Check out this article for more details about the percentage for each fee type: What are the fees for QuickBooks Payments?
Also, I'd suggest reaching our Merchant Support team to help you review the charges. They have the right tools to check your account and review your application.

I see the amount but when I calculate it wont match with quickbooks. For example quickbooks for credit cards payment online invoice charges 2.9% + .25 cents iwhen I calculated this to the amount paid it doesnt match. I want to know what fee they used to calculate the payment. I dont see that anywhere.
