Payment Reports

We need a report that will show :

 

Customer Name, Payment Date, Amount, Ref # and Invoice # (and if possibly Invoice details - but I can work around that).  Is there a way to get that on one report??

Payment Reports

Try starting with Transaction List By Customer, then click on Customize.  Open the drop-down for Rows/Columns and click on change columns. You can add several that may help. Ref# will give you check number if you entered same. Split will give you details of what is in an Invoice. From this report, however you cannot identify exactly which invoice a payment is applied to.

 

Yet, since most fields are "live" with the report open you can click on the payment and the payment screen will open. And you can see the invoice # there.

 @ShelleyMayfield Thank you for joining our community.  As @john-pero pointed out (thank you for the support) pulling a Transaction List by Customer and customizing the columns to view will give you most of the data you are looking for.
