payments account approval

I have already confirmed my account but when I went in to QB to link payment service I received an error message "page cant be displayed"

I can help figure out why you're getting this error when accessing the payment service link in QuickBooks. 

 

There is a possibility that this problem is due to other factors in your network or system. Have you already tried accessing the merchant services outside QuickBooks? If it works fine outside, you'll need to make sure Internet Explorer is properly configured to work with QuickBooks payments.
