Re: Payments

Hello there, @jjpoolandbeach.

Thank you for joining the Community today. I'm here to help you get this issue sorted out so the Pay button will show up on your invoices.

To start, let's verify if your online payment preference is turned on:

  1. Go to the Edit menu.
  2. Choose Preferences from the drop-down menu.
  3. Click Payments from the list.
  4. Go to the Company Preferences tab.
  5. In the Online Payments section, make sure all the payment methods you'd like to use are checked.
  6. Click OK.

After that, let's make sure that the QuickBooks account is linked to your Merchant account.

Let me show you how:

  1. At the top menu, select Customers.
  2. Select Credit Card Processing Activities.
  3. Select Merchant Service Center

However, if you are sending out an E-Invoice for the first time, you need to log in to your Merchant account for the pay button to appear. Make sure to sign in with the Master Admin login.

If you get the same result, I recommend giving our Merchant Support a call. They have the tools to further assist with determining the details on what's causing the issue.

For future reference about E-invoicing, you can check this article: Create invoices with payment link.

Don't hesitate to let me know if you have other questions about the pay button in the online invoice payments. I'm always here to lend a hand. Have a lovely day!

Re: Payments

Thanks for your response.  I ended up contacting support.  They had to remotely check my settings and in the end it was a linking problem.  They reset the link and the Pay button final appeared.
