Hi, we use QB online. We accept payments using PayPal. Everything is auto entered if we send an invoice and the customer pays it with paypal. Payment receipt, withdrawal from paypal and fees are all separately entered. However, we also take paypal payments on our website. Our website takes care of sending the payment entry to QB and through our bank feed we have been able to auto enter the withdrawal amount via bank feed rules, however, we haven't found a way to enter the fees automatically. Does anyone have a solution please?

Thanks but it's only the fees for our online (webshop) orders that I can't automate.
For the withdrawals from paypal that are deposited into QB, I use a rule in banking that any receipt with the specific paypal reference (the first part is always the same so I use that) is treated as a transfer from PayPal account into Current Account. That works for me.
I guess I'll have to keep entering them manually for now.
