Payroll Payment

I would like to pay for my annual payroll subscription now so we do not run into an issue in October since our CC expires the same month.

Payroll Payment

Thanks for contacting us, @lfcope.

QuickBooks will automatically take the funds based on the billing due date in the system. Thus you won't have to pay the annual subscription at the moment.

To avoid issues with your subscription, I suggest updating your billing information by logging in to your QuickBooks Payroll Account Maintenance page.

Here's how:

  1. Sign in to CAMPS.
  2. Find your subscription on the Products & Services list.
  3. Click Details.
  4. On the Billing Information section, go to the Annual Billing Details box.
  5. Click Edit.
  6. Select Change Payment to update your billing information.
  7. Click Save and Close.

Feel free to read through this article for sample screenshots and other related questions: Update billing for Desktop Payroll subscription.

Let me know if there's anything else you need concerning payroll and I'd be glad to help you out.
