Payroll

I thought my payroll subscription included the first three employees without fees but I am getting billed starting From the second employee.???

I'd like to point you to the right direction to check the charges, RBMC.

 

You can contact our Customer Care Team to do this. We can pull up your account and see why you're being billed for the employees.

 

Here's how you can reach out to us:

  1. Click Help located at the top.
  2. Choose QuickBooks Desktop Help.
  3. Enter a brief description of your issue and click Continue.
  4. You can choose Message an Agent or Talk to a Specialist.

Let's get someone to call you, RBMC.

 

Please follow my colleague's steps at the top, then select Talk to a Specialist. This lets you arrange a callback from a payroll agent. 

 

You can also check this reference so you'll know the subscriptions that have additional fees. Go directly to Is there a limit to the number of employees that I can add to QuickBooks? section.
