Good morning, As in the past years, my subscription fee is automatically paid by my credit card. It always worked fine. This time there is a message on my desktop to renew. I went to my account as well as my credit card and its paid, as usual. My payroll isn't working properly....Help
Open QuickBooks, then select Employees at the top menu bar.
Click on Get Payroll Updates.
Tap the radio button beside Downloadentire payroll update.
Hit the Update button.
Once completed, try running payroll and check if it's now working properly.
