Print alignment of check is not adjusting in either Chrome of Microsoft Edge.

I have a subscription to Adobe, so it up to date.

I have updated all the printer drivers.

I have rebooted the machine.

I have used both Chrome and Microsoft Edge.

I have cleared the cache, memory, cookies and images.

I have set the printer settings to each appropriate browser

The printer alignment feature is NOT making any adjustments to the printer alignment.

Since you've already performed all the possible recommended steps but still getting the same result, I recommend reaching out to our customer support. This way, they can check your printing set up and determine the cause of this concern. 

 

Here's how you can reach out to them:

  1. Click the Help icon.
  2. Hit the Contact Us button at the bottom. 
  3. Enter your concern in the description, then click Let's talk.
  4. Select Get a callback.

Print alignment of check is not adjusting in either Chrome of Microsoft Edge.

I am having the same problem, but evidently not the same access to support.  I nothing I do is affecting the print alignment.
