Thanks for getting back to us, @al-hassad-est.

It's possible the Import Styles feature hasn't been turned on and that's why you don't have the import option on your QuickBooks Online (QBO). If that's the case, here's how to turn it on.

1. Go back to the Gear icon, then select QuickBooks Labs under Your Company.
2. Scroll down and locate the Import Styles, then turn it on.
3. Hit Done.

Once done, you can now follow the steps provided by my colleague @Alessandra_B above on how to import invoice template in QBO. I'm also including this article for additional information: Import your preferred template to QuickBooks Online to use on your transactions.

That should do it. Please let me know how it goes or if you need anything else. I'm always here to help. Have a wonderful day.

Welcome to the Community, @al-hassad-est.

As of this time, we don't have the option to print an invoice payment from the mobile app. But I've got a workaround for you that you may consider.

You can send the invoice payment to your own email address and open the PDF invoice file then print it from there. Here's how to do it:

  1. On the Invoice Payment page, click the three dots on the upper right side of the page.
  2. Select Email.
  3. Choose Gmail.

After sending the invoice payment, open your Gmail account and open the PDF file then print the payment. This way, you can be able to give a receipt to your customer.

Also, I want to let you know that we're taking note of your feedback and suggestions to improve the experience we're providing.

That's it! Please let us know if you have any other questions about your mobile application. We're always here to help.

Dear Mr, Mark

Thank you for the reply, as your oppinion might be a solution! For my need, i have a small another question,

Why does the invoice templates are not similar to quickbooks desktop as each user"like my self"

Can customise his own invoice template "in positioning" different fields..... Also same as "invoice receipt template".

Another question:

I am unable to add unit price including Tax on the invoices, as the system calculates the tax values and adds them to a total amount. Specialy when some products are taxable.

Hey @Al hassad,

Currently, in the online version, you're unable to edit the positioning of your template. But let me offer a workaround you can consider.

In QuickBooks, you're only allowed to change the columns which can be seen on your forms. Editing the positioning is only available int he desktop version.

As a workaround, you can import your preferred template to QuickBooks Online to use on your transactions.

You may follow these steps in importing a template:

  1. Click on the Gear icon, choose Custom Form Styles.
  2. Under the New Style drop-down, choose Import Style.
  3. Select a Form Type.
  4. Click on the Save and upload your file box.
  5. Click on Next.

Also, taxes are calculated from the total amount of the taxable items in your transaction. There's no option to choose a sales tax for each line item in the invoice.

And in your transactions, you're only able to add one sales tax item.

Please let me know if you have any other concerns.

Mark,

Why has this not been integrated, this is a very large oversight.  You can't use a card reader without a mobile app, but can't print a paid invoice from the same mobile app?  Get someone to integrate this for god's sake.
