The article you've attached is for QuickBooks Online. If you're using this version, you can pull up and print the Transaction List by Vendor report to show all the items on a Bill Payment Stub using the chrome browser.
From the left menu, select Reports.
Select or type-in Transaction List by Vendor.
Set the Report period to date.
From the Filter section, choose Vendor and then select the name of the vendor on the bill.
Select Run report.
Click the Print icon.
Select the Print option.
