Printing invoices by batch.

I created a new batch of invoices, amended the template address due to a change of address, went to File/Print Forms/Invoices.  The invoices did not appear in the box to be checked for printing.  I cannot access them to print as a batch.  On checking, they are in the system as they can be found in Customer Center and/or Reports.  Any ideas how to retrieve these invoices for printing?  Thanks in advance.

If they were not marked for Print Later, they are not loaded into the Print Queue. You can mark them for Print Later, and then they exist for File menu > Print Forms, Invoices.

Thanks for the reply.  However, I had already done that.  I wonder if the problem stems from the time a QB Tech support staff member helped me with the migration from QB Online to QB Pro 2015 a year or two back. We were having huge problems with this so she  transferred all my data herself.  Since then, the "Select Invoices to Print" Task Box has all our invoices form 2004 to 5/31/17 but this last weekend, the latest ones disappeared even though the invoices are in the system.  A year ago, another QB tech support staff member told me that to solve this problem I would have to go into each of the 299 invoices and uncheck the Print Later box on every invoice.  Blow that.  I did and do not have the time to do that, so I would just click "Select None" then go to the lates invoices just entered and select the invoices from the current month that I needed to print.  It worked well - until this weekend.  Any ideas?  Help would be much appreciated.

That means eventually, when someone Prints invoices, the entire queue will attempt to print. Also, having 3000 or more often Crashes a QB program. You need to look at this as Housekeeping and not simply ignore it. You can Print to your printer, which is Turned Off. Let Windows complain about the printer, but QB will simply ask you if everything Printed Fine? Then, you Clear your Printer's queue, which has no relationship to QB.

 

You are in charge of your own Housekeeping.

 

Then go back to those Recent invoices and see if they have the ribbon marked to Print Later, or not.
