Printing Multiple Invoice Templates

So my current process at the sales floor is that the cashier will print an invoice or sales receipt for a customer and then another template (without prices, etc.) for the warehouse to prepare the order. However we are now changing our setting to require saving before printing, and changing a template requires saving as QB considers it a "modify". Problem is that we don't give "modify" access to our cashier. Is there a way to print both templates at the same time?

For invoices I can use the print packing slip function and apply that warehouse template as a packing slip. But for sales receipt there is no print packing slip function. It's annoying that it is available for invoices but not sales receipt.

Printing Multiple Invoice Templates

Hi arejaylee00,

We're unable to do the option you like. The transaction has to be modified to use a different template.

I'll take note of your feedback about having an option to create packing-slip-like forms for sales receipts. That way, our engineers can create options in future updates.
