Problem printing checks

When using 3-check-to-a=page personal size checks, not all of my selected checks will print - only the first two of three.  When using voucher checks with 2 check stubs at bottom, the bottom stub does not print.  What the heck?  I never had this problem until I "upgraded" to QB Pro 2021.  Now I have all sorts of printing problems.  It is NOT a printer problem.

Before we proceed, ensure your QBDT is updated to the latest version

Problem printing checks

Hi Russell Utilities,

 

We can adjust the alignment to make sure the details are printed in the right sections of your check. Please follow the steps below.

  1. Select File from the top menu bar, then choose Printer Setup.
  2. From the Form Name drop-down menu, select Check/Paycheck.
  3. For the check style, choose Voucher.
  4. Click the Align button.
  5. Hit Print Sample, then compare it to your pre-printed checks.
  6. Using the grid on the sample, adjust the horizontal and vertical settings, then click OK.
  7. Click Align again and print another sample.
  8. Compare the sample to your paycheck stock and adjust the alignment again as necessary.
  9. Repeat steps 4 through 8 until you have the alignment perfect.
