I have a QB payment that was processed 4 days ago. For three days the QB has said "These payments will batch at 3pm and go into your account in 1-2 days". This payment has not batched with others at 3 for several days and the money is still not in my account. What is happening?

In the Merchant Service Center, funding times for checks processed through your company file in QuickBooks can take up to 7-10 business days to reach in your account. There can only be an exception for users who have no fees associated with Bank Transfers which will take more than ten days.

If you don't fall under those exceptions above, I'd recommend you contact our QuickBooks Online Care Team. They have more access to accounts and can safely pull up your company information.

I've been waiting 8 business days for the first charge to go through. Customer service says that it's a minimum of 7 days which isn't very reassuring. Why can't QB promise this will be solved in a set amount of time? How long am I supposed to wait for this charge to be processed? For a company supposedly helping businesses manage their finances, I'm shocked that this isn't a priority feature.
It has been 8 business days since the charge was made by my client. I’ve contacted support TWICE and been told it takes a minimum of 7 days for the first charge to go through but they can’t promise it will happen within a set period of time. They also refuse to expedite or escalate my complaint. So I’m left hoping the charge is approved and I get my money at some time soon. It's irresponsible to process a card and not have a defined acceptable time period in which I'll receive the funds. It means I have to wait to get paid and I can't use the system to bill someone else until it's resolved.
