Thanks for reaching out.  Applications for merchant services are typically reviewed in 2-3  business days.  You should receive an email in regards to your application.  If you haven't, I would suggest reaching out to the Payments team so they can check with the Underwriting department on the status of your application.

If you haven't heard anything back yet, I would suggest using the Contact Payment Support link I posted in my previous reply.  A payments team agent would be to review your application and see what's going on.  To protect your security, I can't share details of your application in this public forum.
