Customer has been trying for over an hour to view and pay an electronic invoice generated from QB Self Employed and the following errors are appearing when clicking on the view invoice link in the email.
The errors are shown in the attached screenshot.
First it said "Temporarily unavailable" and now an hour later the error states "Please open your invoice a different way".
I have also verified the issue myself by resending the invoice to myself.

Our engineers confirmed that we have an ongoing issue where some customers are getting an error when trying to pay an electronic invoice. At this time, they're working on the system to fix this and find a permanent resolution.
While we're investigating this, I'd suggest contacting our Merchant Service Support so we can add you to the list of affected users. Once we have the fix, we'll send you an email update.
