QBOL does not find our local printer in order to print invoices, reports, statements

Hi there, jebprism.

 

Any printer can work, as long as it connects to the device you're using to access QuickBooks Online.

 

Since it does not find your local printer in order to print invoices, reports, and statements, I suggest checking the printer settings. This way, you're able to change the set up of the printer.

 

Here's how for invoices:

 

1. Click Sales at the left panel.
2. Choose the Invoices section.
3. Select the invoices you want to print.
4. Click the drop-down arrow under Actions and choose Print.
5. Choose the Print icon and check the setup. You can change it if necessary.
6. Hit the Print button.
