Quickbooks does not return money and keeps giving wrong information

My merchant ID is [removed]0901

QB is keeping my payments of 250.- USD and 350.- USD
I called several times and explained over the phone; always got the respond that I will have the 250.- USD send to my bank account (3rd time that was last week April 22 2019)
Still nothing received
Also my customer has not received his 350.- USD which we did reverse
QB over the phone keeps telling me that I will receive my money within 48hours but still didn't receive since aprox 3 weeks.

Where can I start a public case against QB?

Now QB has deleted all transactions from my merchant account.

Is this a case that I have to submit also to IRS?

I want you and your customer to get the refund. However, I won't be able to do that without asking for sensitive account details. Since the Community is a public forum, I don't want your private information displayed here for security purposes.
