Re: Quickbooks doesn’t recognize my yearly purchase recently

Make sure that your subscription details or billing information is correct and updated. This can be done by going to the company settings.
Open QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE) through a web browser. Note: These changes can't be made in the app.
Go to Settings and select Billing info.
If it's updated, I highly suggest contacting our QBSE Support team. They have the tools that can pull up your account in a secure environment and verify the billing information associated with your subscription.
Here's how to reach them:
Click the Help (next to Assistant) menu located at the upper right.
Select Contact Us at the bottom and fill in Ask a question (or tell us what’s wrong).
