I purchased QuickBooks online subscription 2 days ago because I wanted to move from an older desktop version to online. However there were issues with the data transfer so I just bought the latest quickbooks desktop and I cancelled my online subscription. I was still charged for the 1st month. Is there a way to get a refund for this? Again the online was purchased only 2 days ago and didn't really work out for us.
