Quickbooks Online Subscription

I purchased QuickBooks online subscription 2 days ago because I wanted to move from an older desktop version to online. However there were issues with the data transfer so I just bought the latest quickbooks desktop and I cancelled my online subscription. I was still charged for the 1st month. Is there a way to get a refund for this? Again the online was purchased only 2 days ago and didn't really work out for us.

If you've purchased the QuickBooks Online from a retail or online store, we offer refunds on products purchased within 60 days. The product must be purchased directly through a licensed retail seller of QuickBooks. The refund policy does not apply to software sold through third-party seller websites.

If you've purchased QuickBooks directly from us via phone, I'd suggest reaching out to our Customer Care Team. They can check out your account securely and process the refund for you if possible.

  1. In your browser, navigate to
  2. Choose QuickBooks Online.
  3. Select the issue or topic.
  4. Click the Green Phone button to see the support number.
