Quickbooks Payments Feature Request

Not sure if this is the best method for submitting feature requests, but I'll post it anyway.

I have two requests for Quickbooks Payments:

1.) On the receiving side, when setting the account for where the Quickbooks Payments fees get booked, I'd like to be able to also designate a class for those automated entries. Currently it only allows you to set the account and you have to go back and edit the transactions to set the class.

2.) On the sending side, as Quickbooks payments becomes more popular, I pay more bills for my clients through the bank transfer option. I save my client's bank information so I can easily select the bank account in the future. I would like to be able to give a custom name to each saved account. It currently displays the last 4 numbers of the bank account. Which is fine, and I have memorized many of my clients, but sending payments from the wrong account is always a concern so having a custom name in addition to the last 4 numbers of the account would be very helpful for confirming that I am selecting the correct bank account.

You've got me to help you get pointed in the right direction with sending feature request in QuickBooks Online.

I hear you and realize the importance of being able to assign classes automatically, upon setting up an account for fees. I can also see how beneficial it would be to have a custom name in addition to the last 4 numbers of the customer's account.

Know that we take data security seriously to protect you and your customers. In connection, customers' credit card numbers are encrypted once entered in QuickBooks.

I'd encourage you to send these preferences straight to our developers. They are constantly considering new features to be added in the system. This way, we can help you run your business easier.

To that:

Click on the Gear icon at the top.
Select on Feedback.
Enter your request and click Next.
