Quickbooks POS Rewards Program

I reecently setup a Quickbooks POS Rewards Program.  I've attached the setup screenshot.  What's strange is that even when a customer has earnerd say 2 $5.00 credits when I go to checkout the customer on a return visit although the screen shows 2 $5.00 credits I can only apply 1 per sale.  The credits don't aggragate.  Does anyone know if there is there a simple way to apply both the credits (or more) on a single sale at checkout?

Quickbooks POS Rewards Program

Hi there, @dj2cuecu and @daramaba,

I’d love to share what I found out about redeeming rewards in QuickBooks POS Rewards Program.

The program only allows one reward redemption per sales receipt. You can refer to the Rewards Program Overview/Price/Discount Conflict and Priority article to learn more about the policies.

Feel free to send in your product suggestions so we’d know how we can make the program better for you. Here’s how: https://intuit.uservoice.com/forums/19372-point-of-sale-suggestions

If you need additional information about POS, you can reach out to me. I’m here to help however I can.

Quickbooks POS Rewards Program

Hello, dj2cuecu.

Thank you for taking the time to visit the QBCommunity forum.

It could be that you've missed something in the setup process and that's why you can't combine the credits. To ensure that your POS setup is accurate, I'd recommend giving our Point of Sale agents a quick call. They have the tools, such as screen sharing, to assist you further.

Here's the link to get their contact number: https://community.intuit.com/browse/payments-contact-us

Please stay in touch if you have any other concerns.

I have had the same issue for a long time.  I had to create a discount item and manually adjust for every sales transaction where multiple reward credits were applied.  As far as I know, it is not a set up issue.   If you or anyone found a solution to this nagging issue, please let me know.

Quickbooks POS Rewards Program

This is absolutely terrible for our business and needs to be changed immediately!  I've been sending in feedback for over a year and a half now requesting to use multiple rewards per sale.  It doesn't make any sense to NOT be able to do this.  Please, please, fix for us!

Quickbooks POS Rewards Program

We have the rewards program on our Quickbooks POS Desktop and after they spend a certain amount they can receive a 10% rewards discount off their next purchase.  The issue is it gives them a discount on each and every item. Per certain manufacturer restrictions I'm not able to give discounts on those MAP priced items.  I can't seem to find a way turn that auto discount on those items.  How can I deactivate any discounts on these certain items?

I want to ensure you'll be able to set up the discounts correctly, Mbovinet.

There might be settings or setup that's needed to be checked. I'd suggest reaching out to our customer care support. An agent will help you setting up the rewards correctly and deactivating discounts. Just open this link, and get the number or chat with us.

Feel free to visit us again if you have other concerns. Keep safe!

I tried that already.  Rep didn't seem to understand what I was asking for.  Then wanted me to pay $79.99 for it.
