I have auto pay for my intuit self employed account. I can’t access it. Why is this?

Are you getting any error message when accessing your account? Any information you can add will be helpful for me to check for any related issue about it.

 

Meanwhile, do you happen to have a different email address that you might have used upon subscribing for your QuickBooks Self-Employed account?  This could be one of the reasons why you are having challenges accessing your account.

 

Next, let's make sure you have the correct website when signing into QBSE. Please use this link: https://selfemployed.intuit.com/login. You can also try using a different browser.

I cancelled my account last July, 2018. Account #[account # removed]. May I get my records from that account? Do I need to pay you to get access?

I appreciate you reaching out to us. I want to make sure you are routed to the right support that can help get your files from QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE).

 

Before cancelling your account, you make sure to get the necessary data needed for you can no longer access your account once it's already been cancelled.

 

In this case, I recommend you get in touch with our QuickBooks Self-Employed Support so they can enroll you for a free trial. This way, you can temporarily access your QBSE account to get the files needed.

 

Also, if you're in a free trial, cancellation happens automatically at the end of the trial so you won't be billed.

 

Here's how you can reach them:

  1. Open this link: https://help.quickbooks.intuit.com/en_US/contact
  2. Enter your information and question.
  3. Click Ask Your Question.

I try to login to my account and this is the message I get:

 

Unfortunately, there is no QuickBooks Online company or QuickBooks Accountant account associated with *********. But don't worry! Here's a few options to get you to the right place:

 

If you have QuickBooks desktop (Pro, Premier, etc.):

This gives me now choice to contact tech support or anything - I spoke too someone with sale the other day and she could see my account and said she did not know all sounded weird.  where did my act go?  Why can't I get to it?  If I log into the link given for tech support it gives me the above message.  When I log it it gives me the above message.  Anything I do goes back to this.

You'll need to enter your user ID and password linked to your QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE) account. Otherwise, let's reset the password or recover your user ID.

 

If you used your email address or user ID to verify your account, you'll receive an email with a password reset link. The following steps will help you go through the resetting process:

 

  1. Go to this webpage: https://selfemployed.intuit.com/login (QBSE) or https://c13.qbo.intuit.com/ (QBO).
  2. Click on the Forgot your user ID and password link.
  3. Enter your phone number, email or user ID.
  4. Follow the onscreen instructions.

As a reference, you can check out this article for further guidance: Reset your password or recover your user ID.

 

If the problem persists, I recommend reaching out to our QuickBooks Technical Support Team. They have more tools to help you recover your account.

 

Here's how:

  1. Sign in to your QBO account and click on Help.
  2. Click on the Contact us link.
  3. Enter your concern and click on Let's talk.
  4. Choose either Start messaging or Get a callback.
