Join nowI've an invoice for a customer who has since authorized us to use a direct sale. Is there some way to just convert the invoice, or do I have to void it?

Hi @DebAC,
Thanks for writing! I would be happy to help with your question today!
If you're talking about using a sales receipt instead of an invoice, there's not a way to convert an invoice into a sales receipt. You would just delete the invoice and then create the sales receipt, then charge the customer.
I hope that answers your question!

That's what I needed to know. I wanted to see if I could avoid the clutter of deleting the invoice and creating the sales receipt. So thanks for telling me. You rock!
Thanks @DebAC! I'm glad I could help!
