Contractor wants to be paid via Direct Deposit to an American Express Card

I have a contractor who wants to be paid via Direct Deposit to an American Express card but when I put in the direct deposit information that is provided by American Express I get an error from Quickbooks. Has anyone else had this problem?

Contractor wants to be paid via Direct Deposit to an American Express Card

The only plastic supported by DD from QuickBooks is a NetSpend card. https://community.intuit.com/articles/1775451-online-payroll-direct-deposit-faq

Have the contractor secure one and then you can DD to it.  https://community.intuit.com/articles/1763275-netspend-intuit-paycard

Otherwise you are limited to standard checking accounts, savings accounts and some money market checking accounts
