Deposits on hold

I have two deposits on hold, and I don't know what to do. It shows "check your email for more about how to release your deposit", but the email i have received only says "There’s some activity that we need to review before we can send your latest deposit to your bank. You don’t have to do anything right now. If everything looks good, we’ll send the deposit (minus fees) to your bank account within 1 business day. If we need other info to finish our review, we’ll call and email you at that time". 7 days are passed but I haven't received any other info, call or email and my deposits are still on hold.

Thanks

Deposits on hold

Hello there, @Sapori.

Thanks for visiting the Community today. I'm here to get you pointed to in right direction to get assistance with your deposit.

Given the length of time since the deposit was made, I recommend contacting the QuickBooks Payments Support Phone Team. This team is the best resource for such inquiries, as they're able to request account information to pull up your company and share sensitive information, while this is a public forum. Once they have this information, they'll be able to further assist with determining the details of the transaction and why it been on hold.

You can locate their contact information at the following link: QuickBooks Payments Contact Us.

Please know that the Community has your back should you have any questions. Have a wonderful day.

Deposits on hold

Hi mark331,

There could be something unexpected in the deposit that the Merchant Services Team needs to look at. You'll want to check out this article for more details on why your funds are on hold. However, contacting them is the only way to know when and how the hold will be lifted.

You can refer to the Merchant Services Support contact information given by my colleague.

I do appreciate your patience with regards to our process.
