Join nowI have a number of payments every month that are automatic payments. How do I mark these as paid in my Expense list? Or do these payments remain on the Expense list and not get moved?

Marking expenses as paid in QuickBooks isn't possible since these transactions are good as on-the-spot settlements. Therefore, your automatic payments will remain on the list and be moved.
