I want to clarify the meaning of the following fields in "Invoice (Sales Tax Preference=off).iif".

MEMO
CLEAR
REIMBEXP
EXTRA
INVITEM

Could anyone tell me?

Some of those fields are used in different iif transaction formats, and the format determines what the field is used for.

Best option is download this iif kit, then in windows explorer click that folder and then each type of iif file can be double clicked to open the field definitions
