Hi - My WooCommerce and my PayPal accounts are synced w/ QBO. The sales in Paypal and Woo are showing up as separate entries instead of the same. Anyone know how to fix?

For example, the same order in Woo is synced and inventory is reduced. The line item is shown as paid. This sale in Paypal shows up separately as another order and is linked to the deposit in my bank account. I can not delete the PayPal sale since it's linked to a deposit and I can't unlink the deposit. This is creating 2 sales in the books for the same sale. Any advice on how to fix?

Let me add some clarifications regarding WooCommerce and PayPal transactions.

These two applications can sync transactions to QuickBooks Online. Thus, making any separate entries in the account register.

In this case, I'd recommend contacting WooCommerce support to know ways to match them with PayPal transactions. They can share with you the setup you want.

How do you connect WC to QBO? Do you only use PayPal to accept payment in WC or else?

I added Woocommerce as an app in QBO so they now auto update each other (i.e. if I change the inventory in QBO or Woo the other app updates to reflect the change). I accept paypal and credit card. I may change my MSP/processor though to include more forms of payment - maybe start accepting bitcoin :)
