How do we handle a "PayPal payment you received has been reversed"?
We are a small nonprofit. On December 25th, we received a $3 donation via PayPal (yes, $3). We entered the donation in QB Online.
Today, we received an email notifying us that the donation has been reversed, the transaction date is today, Jan 4th. (again, this is for $3...) I looked in our PayPal account, and everything has been reflected there. The email was, "PayPal payment you received has been reversed".
How do we handle this in QB Online? I tried to enter a negative sales receipt, but it doesn't allow that. It doesn't help that the reversal happened after the end of the calendar year.
