QuickBooks deposit the funds within 5 business days. However, the waiting period will still depend on the time of day you enter transactions and how long it takes your bank to verify and process electric deposit. 

Here's how to check for your deposit schedule:

1. Go to the Settings icon.
2. Choose Account and Settings.
3. Select Payments.
4. Deposit Speed shows you your deposit schedule.

In my experience it takes a week to 10 days since weekends and holidays do not count as biz days.
