How to create an invoice with partial payment request?

Trying to send a payment receipt to customers with an attachment.  For customers that pay with credit card we like to add the CC receipt to the email.  The file has been attached to the payment, however when you click on email it does not have the option highlighted to send with attachment.

 

Is this not an option with Desktop Pro 2019?  I am able to send Invoices and Paid Invoices with attachments.

How to create an invoice with partial payment request?

I'd be pleased to help walk you through attaching a credit card receipt on the sales receipt. Let's get started!

  1. Go to the Customers menu.
  2. Choose Enter Sales Receipts.
  3. Select the name of the customer.
  4. Enter the invoice information and the amount of payment made.
  5. Click the Attach File button.
  6. Choose from which device are you getting a copy of the receipt.
  7. Click Done.

That should do it! This will let you attach a file on the sales form you're about to send to your customers.
