Just to make sure I'm on the same page, are you referring to receiving a payment from one of your customers? If so, the Self-Employed program allows for ACH payments, which is a transfer of funds between banks. Sometimes the transfer can take a little while before the money appears in your account.
Please let me know by replying below and I'd be glad to follow up with some additional info. I'll keep an eye out for your response.
No I am in the same boat. I have come to find that both accounts now I have tried to link for payments has not worked?! My accounts show linked, on my "payments" page but after waiting for a second time for over a week, I am unable to still get my payments. I have gotten ZERO help from quickbooks either.
I'll share some details about the payments, RachLewis.
When you have successfully linked your QuickBooks Payments account to QuickBooks Online, the funds will be deposited within 5 business days after your first payment If you're a new user.
The process of your first deposit takes a bit longer because we need to set up your merchant account. Once we're done with the setup, your payments will deposit quicker, typically within two business days.
You can check your deposit speed in QuickBooks Online by following these steps:
I'm also adding this article for more information: Find out when QuickBooks Payments deposits customer payments.
If it's beyond the time frame and you're still not able to get the payments, I recommend reaching out to our Merchant Service Team. They can pull up your account and investigate why you're not getting the payments.
You can get their contact information here: Contact Payments Support.
Please let me if you have any additional questions or other concerns about QuickBooks Payments. Take care and stay safe.
