I'm trying to link a Authorize.net merchant account to my existing Intuit QB merchant account. Authorize needs a VAR sheet with processor info - where can I find that?

Right now, Intuit QuickBooks doesn't provide VAR sheet anymore. With this being said, I invite you to contact our Merchant Services Support Team. This is for them to check for other options and how you can connect the application to your QuickBooks Online account.

I actually found out that Authorize.net doesn't sync with QB anymore and I needed to go through Commerce Sync. I was able to get that linked up, but it's so confusing. Here is what I'm trying to do...

I normally send out invoices to clients and they pay online or by check. I'm having a new website built and the payment system for that is Authorize.net. I want those payments to show up in QB as well, but not sure if that's how it works. I may need to have 2 separate merchant accounts?

QuickBooks integrate with hundreds of third-party software developers. If you'd like to connect it with your QuickBooks Online account, you may wish to consider looking to our third party application provider. Just visit the QuickBooks App Center through this link https://apps.intuit.com/.

 

Moreover, to have more specific connection, it would be best to contact our Merchant Services Support Team or third-party developers.
