ITunes log in and credentials are problem since I stopped using apple products. I subscribed through apple to get quickbooks. I can't update credit card with Apple?

I can show you how to handle this, jeffc1.

 

It seems like your QuickBooks Online account is retailed by Apple. In cases like this, you won't be able to log in or update your account if you stop using Apple products.

 

To fix this, you can resubscribe to a regular QBO account that is not retailed by Apple or App Store. You can open this link in your browser and resubscribe to the same QBO version that you have right now: https://quickbooks.intuit.com/pricing/.

 

Once done, you can export your lists from your existing company file to an Excel spreadsheet. Then, import them into your new QBO account. Here's how: Move your lists to QuickBooks Online. Lastly, don't forget to go to the App Store and unsubscribe from your existing QBO.
