When I deposit money that was made by an online payment is there a way to combine the bank transfer and credit card payments into one deposit in quickbooks? I have to manually download my bank statement each month and on the statement there will only be one deposit made but in quickbooks there will be two, one for payments made by bank account and one for cards. It is getting to be a hassle.

To clarify, did you link the Payment Service to your company file? If so, these payments could be found in the Undeposited Funds account. In that case, we can make a deposit to combine the bank transfer and credit card payment. The steps below will walk you through the process:
From the Banking menu, choose Make Deposit.
If there are payments in the UndepositedFunds account, the Payments to Deposit window will appear. In this window, select the bank transfer and credit card payments.
Click OK, then Save & Close.
