Join nowMy bank accidently deposited a rent payment from one of my tenants into my savings account. Then they transferred the same amount to my checking account. How do "receive" this payment (transfer) from my tenant?

I can help walk you through the process of how to received the transfer payments of your tenants in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
Let's use the Received payments feature in QBO and deposit it to the correct account. Let me guide you how.
If you're using the undeposited funds, then let's deposit the amount by going to the New icon. Then pick Bank deposit and select the right account in the drop-down. See the sample screenshot below.

You also have an option to deposit the amount to the wrong bank account again. This way, it will classify it as a transfer. After that, process a bank transfer from the incorrect account to the correct one. Simply hit the + button on the top left and pick Transfer.

You can always access any reports to review the payments of your tenants. Then customize it to show the specific details.
