Re: paypal

Thanks for dropping by the Community, @badaxe6.

At this time, the option to directly connect your PayPal app to QuickBooks is unavailable. Instead, you can set up an account to download transactions using Bank Feeds.

Here’s how:

  1. Go to Banking.
  2. Choose Bank Feeds.
  3. Select Bank Feeds Center.
  4. Click on Add Account (+) button.
  5. Follow the rest of the on-screen instructions.

QuickBooks supports two connection methods: Direct Connect and Web Connect. I recommend checking with your FI for the requirements to get started. Take a look at this article for more information: Bank Feeds for QuickBooks Desktop.

When sending payments, Intuit doesn’t charge you for the transaction. I recommend checking with PayPal for information regarding this.

That should get you pointed in the right direction.

Post again in the Community if you have any other concerns, I’m always ready to help. Have a good one!
