I just started using Quickbooks Pro 2013,
I just want to ask a way to record a payment with Output Vat.
Here is the process on how i record an Invoice.
1st : Customer > Enter statement charges> Then I enter the full invoice amount here (VAT Inclusive)
2nd: Customer> Receive Payments > I also put the VAT inclusive amount here.
3rd: Banking> Make deposits>Then It automatically appears to be account from (undeposited Funds) and I cant record to Output VAT/Vat payable.

Welcome to QuickBooks Community, gendc.
Let me share some details about VAT.
When you record an invoice with VAT, it'll automatically reflect on your Tax Payable account. You don't need to track the VAT when making a deposit. After you record the sales, you just need to review your sales tax reports.
You use the Record Deposits / Make Deposits feature once you receive a payment from your customer and need to deposit it to the bank account in QuickBooks Desktop.
For your reference, here's how to set up sales tax in QuickBooks Desktop.
