I got QuickBooks Desktop 2020 for Mac shortly after it was released and signed up for QuickBooks Payments so I could allow my customers to pay their invoices online. This feature worked for a few days, then stopped. Now, when my customers visit the provided payment link, the page doesn't seem to load fully and no payment options appear.
I've spoken at length with QuickBooks support about this over the course of the last few weeks. They've told me it's a known issue, but aren't able to provide me with any additional details. Each time I've spoken with someone, they've told me that I'll receive email updates about this issue, but I haven't received anything.
I'm posting to see if anyone else is experiencing this problem or has more information about this issue and when it might be resolved.
Currently, we have an open ticket about customer's unable to pay through E-invoices using QuickBooks for Mac 2020. Rest assured our engineers are working diligently for a fix.

Hi - sorry this is not working. I'm on the engineering team at Intuit. We have another user who has hit this (the invoice is displayed in the payments portal but there's no option to pay it). The payments team says that user doesn't have a payment account. Can you check that you do by trying to sign into the payments portal? Its available at https://quickbooks.intuit.com/payments/.
If you can log into payments then something else is going on. We haven't been able to reproduce it internally and could really benefit from your help in reproducing it. Please contact me at [email address removed] and include a link to this message and I'll contact you back to get log information.

Thanks BCHannah - I replied to your email with some instructions for generating a log file. Check your email and please let me know.
